Spiritual Ego

It is good that so many spiritual events and retreats are happening because it means people are becoming more and more conscious. But behind the scenes the most ugly competition is taking place and nasty "spiritual egos" trying to prove themselves, collecting more money, fans and trying to dominate other trainers. Great fear is still running the hearts and minds of those people.

If you are leading any kind of a spiritual healing event, remember you are not doing this for yourself. Remember we are all doing it for the whole. And the moment your priority becomes your personal outcome, know that you have lost track. Know that you have missed the very basics of what you are trying to preach. Yes, we are not perfect. Yes, we learn from our own teaching and mistakes. But there is a point when fear is running the whole thing, then you really need to stop and look inside the real motives of whatever you are trying to do.

Take a break, bring presence into each of your actions. It's not about how much or how many; It's the quality and authenticity of your own inner practice here & now. This alone will inspire the minds and touch the hearts.
